Town of Merton Trick or Treating Policy for Halloween.

 If Halloween is on a Saturday or a Sunday, then trick or treating will be on October 31, Halloween from 5 to 8 pm.

 If Halloween is not on a Saturday or Sunday, then trick or treating will be on the last Saturday in October from 5 to 8 pm.
