Lake Patrol

LAKE PATROL

The Town of Merton Lake Patrol’s purpose is to enforce Wisconsin State Statues and any rule or ordinances pursuant thereto.  The Lake Patrol is run by the Town of Merton staffed with part-time officers working primarily weekends and holidays during the summer months.

The Town of Merton Lake Patrol serves Lake Keesus & Moose Lake AND Beaver Lake & North Lake are patrolled jointly with the Village of Chenequa Lake Patrol AND Part of Okauchee Lake is patrolled jointly with the Okauchee Lake Patrol.

Please check with the Town Clerk during normal business hours for a copy of the lakes ordinances or you can go to Chapters listed below in the Ordinance.
