Lottery Credit Forms
The State of Wisconsin lottery and gaming credit provides direct property tax relief to qualifying taxpayers on their property tax bills. To quality for the credit, you must be a Wisconsin resident, own a dwelling, and use it as your primary residence as of the January 1 certification date of the year the property taxes are levied.
Taxpayers can now use the Lottery Credit Online Application Portal by clicking HERE. Property owners should use this portal to apply for or remove a lottery and gaming credit. In the portal, you are directed to the correct e-file lottery and gaming credit form (LC-115, LC-315, LC-320, LC-400). File and submit your application online without the added step of printing, mailing , or emailing. All late claim lottery and gaming credit applications (LC-315, LC-320) must be submitted via the online application portal by the October 1st deadline.
